Appointments
Our service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm to serve our customer's needs. We want to give you the best in personal service and encourage you to call or email first to schedule a time that will be convenient for you to come in. If you experience an unexpected condition that requires immediate attention, you can be assured that we will do our best to accomadate you while maintaining any commitments we have already established with other customers.
When making an appointment please understand our peak hours are between 7:30-10:00am and 4:30-5:30pm. Calling for an appointment during these hours may result in delays. Calling outside of our peak hours will enable us to provide you with the same great attention on the phone as if you were here in person.

Early Bird Drop
For your convenience Parkway Volvo Subaru has an after hours drop box that will allow you to leave your vehicle before or after normal service hours. Just look for our after hours drop box located on the Volvo side of the service drive. Fill out the information on the envelope inside of the after hours drop box and leave the keys inside of the envelope. The next morning one of our service representatives will gladly call to review your request with you.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
With so many wonderful things to do in Wilmington, leaving your vehicle at the dealership can leave you stranded. That is why at Parkway we provide a courtesy shuttle to wherever you need to go in the Greater Wilmington area. Not only will we take you to your destination, when we have finished servicing your vehicle, we will gladly pick you up. When scheduling an appointment, let the service coordinator know that you will be using our complimentary shuttle service. Our shuttle service runs from 7:15am to 5:30pm.
Complimentary Wash
As our way of saying "Thank You" for choosing Parkway for your service needs we provide a complimentary wash and vacuum of your vehicle before you arrive for pickup. Please let us know if this courtesy service is unnecessary on your vehicle when you drop it off.
